Dispute Resolution

We are neither willing nor obligated to engage in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for Content

As per § 7 (1) TMG [German Telemedia Act], in our role as service provider we are responsible for our own content contained on these pages in accordance with the generally applicable Law. However, according to § 8 to 10 TMG, we as a service provider are not under any obligation to monitor third-party information that is either transmitted or stored, or to investigate any circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Our obligations to remove or block the use of information as determined under the generally applicable Law remain unaffected by this provision. However, it is only possible for liability to be assigned in this regard starting from the point in time at which an awareness of a specific legal infringement arose. Upon becoming aware of any corresponding legal infringement, we shall remove such content immediately.
